GENERAL POLICIES
Early Arrival
Saturday arrivals, prior to your scheduled class, is available, but must be confirmed in advance. Your lodge accommodations will be available no earlier than 3:00 p.m., and there will be a $20 per person fee. There is a $20 fee per site for early arrival in the campground. Please call the office Monday through Friday to make these arrangements.
Extended Stay Check out time will now be 4pm on Friday to help us accommodate weekend class students. Students traveling a long distance will still be able to request an extended stay checkout for 9am on Saturday, but must be made in advance. The fee for extended stay is $20 per person. Students staying for a weekend class after a week of classes will not be charged a fee. Please call the office Monday through Friday to make these arrangements. Late Checkout beyond 9am is not available.
Check-in Time
Sunday at 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Remember if you are staying in the lodge, there is a $5 key cash deposit required. It will be refunded when you return your room key.

Check-Out Time
Room Check-out is on Friday by 4:00 p.m. Rooms must be vacated by 4:30 p.m. For our students traveling long distances, no worries…during the registration process, students may select an Extended Stay for Saturday at 9:00 a.m for a $20 fee. There are NO “LATE CHECKOUT” EXCEPTIONS after 9:00 a.m on Saturday. Extended stays must be made in advance or room may not be available for this option.
Registration Time
Students must register on Sunday after 3:00 p.m. for each week of classes. Students registered for consecutive weeks may pick up their registration package at the end of one week for the following week’s class. You may continue to enjoy the same room or campsite while waiting for your next class to begin. However, please be aware that no meals are served after Friday lunch until our 6:00 PM Sunday dinner and orientation.
New Student Orientation New students will meet in the cafeteria in the Sparks building at 5pm on Sunday.
Lodging
Those not requesting a private room will be assigned a roommate. If you apply on the same application with another student or request a specific roommate, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Otherwise, we will use the information provided on your application when making room assignments. This is a great opportunity to make new friends or reconnect with old acquaintances.
Smoking
Our school is a smoke-free facility. If you smoke, there are designated areas located outside each building. There will be a $150 cleaning fee charged if evidence of smoking is found.
